Courses are now offered online to African policy makers and other stakeholders at ECA's African e-Learning Initiative. 

The Initiative is an extension of ECA's on-site capacity building activities for African policy makers and other stakeholders in information society issues in general and ICT policy making in particular.

All courses are self-paced. Participants will have a 1 to 1 time with the instructors and facilitators.

If you are registered and enrolled in a course then simply click on the appropriate link to enter your course. If you are not registered on this site, then you may do so here or take the courses open to the public. Once you are registered, you will need an enrollment key the first time you enter a course with the key symbol by its name...you will need to contact the course facilitator/instructor for the enrollment key.
